Local Delivery & Pickup
We’re happy to offer free local delivery and pickup options for our customers in Greenville, NC and surrounding areas.
Simply select your preferred option at checkout — or email us at southernpetalstudio@yahoo.com to schedule a custom pickup time.
Each order is hand-delivered or prepared with care, ensuring your experience is as smooth, personal, and thoughtful as the gifts themselves.

Shipping Methods & Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your package.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within the United States.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must:

How to Return
To start a return, please contact us with your order number.
We’ll provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:

Process your refund within 5–7 business days

Issue the refund to your original payment method
Note: Depending on your bank, refunds may take a few additional days to appear.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color (subject to availability).
