Refund Policy

At Southern Petal Studio, we want you to love what you order. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.


Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be in the original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Candles, wellness products, and personal care items (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at:

Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
We'll reply with step-by-step instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will:

  • Email you confirmation that your return was received
  • Process your refund within 5–7 business days
  • Issue the refund to your original payment method

Please note: Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional few days for funds to appear in your account.


Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or style (subject to availability).

To request an exchange, contact us using the same process as returns.

  • If the new item costs more, you'll be charged the difference.
  • If it costs less, we'll refund the difference.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping costs.
  • Change of mind or sizing issues: Customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated in a promotion.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us right away with clear photos of the issue.
We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your bank or card company (processing can take time).
  3. If you still haven't received your refund, email us at southernpetalstudio@yahoo.com.

Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, please contact us. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method, but we may offer a store credit option in certain cases.
