Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! We offer beautiful gift wrapping options for most items. You can add gift wrapping at checkout or contact us for a custom gift box arrangement.
Can I customize a gift box?
Absolutely. Many of our gift boxes can be personalized or themed for special occasions, sensory comfort, or bridal gifts. Contact us, and we'll help you curate the perfect box.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping usually takes 5–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within the United States. We would like to offer international shipping soon!
How do I care for my items?
Care instructions are included with each product. For apparel, we recommend gentle washing and air drying to preserve quality. For candles, décor, and other home goods, specific care details are listed on the product page.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Do you have a physical store?
We're currently online-only, which helps us keep prices fair and selection fresh. However, we do participate in local markets and pop-up events in North Carolina — follow us on social media to stay updated!
